Banana is a ideal fruit. Because it contains maximum type of vitamins and minerals in proper amount or quantities. Banana is a easily digestible fruit, so from a little baby to an older person can eat and digest this fruit.

Banana keeps us disease free by many ways. Such as
1. Smoking causes various types of disease like cancer and other diseases. Smoking harms not only the smoker but also the person who is seating beside the smoker. So, if a person want to give up or want quitting from smoke, it is will be easier for him or her if he or she eat banana daily. Because high level of vitamin B, potassium, magnesium are present in banana. These vitamin B, potassium and magnesium give a rapid recovery from the bad effect of quitting from smoking.
2. Banana is very helpful to prevent kidney cancer, banana also prevents eye disease like muscular degeneration.
3. Banana has provides Ca that are much needed by our body to build bones and teeth.
4. Banana is good source of antioxidents and provides free radicals to protect from various chronic diseases.
5. Banana plays a good role to control blood sugar.
6. During a hot day we can eat banana to cool our body. Temperature increasing due to fever may be controlled if we eat a banana.
